Free timesheet templates
Three blank, printable time card templates with lunch columns and signature lines: weekly, biweekly and monthly. Print them, save them as a PDF, or download a CSV.
Which time card template do you need?
- Weekly: one workweek, Sunday to Saturday. Good for weekly pay and for checking overtime, which is worked out per workweek in the US.
- Biweekly: two workweeks with a total for each week, for employers who pay every two weeks (fortnightly).
- Monthly: one row for each day of the month, for monthly records or invoices.
What every template includes
Employee name, ID, job, the period, the hourly rate and the supervisor at the top; time in, lunch out, lunch in and time out for each day; columns for an unpaid break, total hours, overtime and notes; and signature and date lines for the employee and the supervisor. The CSV versions have the same columns.
Printing tips
Use “Print or save as PDF” on each template page. The page prints only the timesheet, without the site menu or ads, in high-contrast black on white. Landscape orientation gives the widest columns.
Prefer the totals done for you? The online time card calculator uses the same layout and prints a filled-in, signable card. New to timesheets? Read how to fill out a time card.
