Accessibility statement
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in both the light and dark themes.
What we provide
- A “Skip to calculator” or “Skip to content” link, clear headings and page landmarks.
- Every input has a visible label that names the day and field, such as “Monday clock in”.
- Errors are shown next to the field, linked to it, and announced politely by screen readers.
- Totals are announced when you finish a change, not on every keystroke.
- The monthly calendar works with the keyboard: arrow keys, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down and Enter.
- The yearly heatmap has a table view with exact hours for every day; color is never the only signal.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels where possible, with a visible focus outline.
- Animations are minimal and respect the reduced-motion setting.
- Printouts and templates are high-contrast black on white.
How we test
Pages are checked with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) in both themes and on mobile and desktop sizes, and by keyboard.
