HoursLog is free to use for personal and business purposes. No account is needed. Please do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.

Estimates, not advice

The calculators give estimates based on the times, rates and rules you choose. They are not legal, payroll, tax or employment advice. Overtime and break rules depend on your country, state, employer and contract. Check important figures with your employer, a payroll professional or the relevant government agency. The site does not calculate taxes or take-home pay.

Your data

Your entries are stored in your own browser. You are responsible for keeping backups; clearing your browser data deletes them. See the privacy policy.
