Using the site

FocusLoop is free to use at home, at school and at work. No account is needed. Please do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.

Timing and alarms

We work hard to keep the timer accurate, but browsers and devices can pause or delay web pages (for example when a laptop sleeps or a phone locks its screen). Don’t rely on FocusLoop where a missed or late alarm could cause harm, such as for medication, cooking safety or exams with official timing.

Sound and hearing

Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones. Information about noise, focus, ADHD and tinnitus on this site is general information, not medical advice. Speak to a clinician about ADHD or hearing concerns.

Your data

Your tasks, stats and settings are stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and we cannot recover them. See the privacy policy.

Content and sounds
