Accessibility statement

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in both the light and dark themes.

What we provide

• A “Skip to the calculator” or “Skip to content” link, clear headings and page landmarks.
• Every field has a visible label; errors are shown in text and the field is marked as invalid.
• Results update as you type and are announced to screen readers when you press Calculate or change an option.
• The caffeine chart has a table with the same numbers.
• A 12- or 24-hour clock, and light and dark themes.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels where possible, with a visible focus outline.
• Pages work at 400% zoom and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
